Account, privacy & deleting your account

Update your profile, invite teammates, share brands, and understand what happens if you delete your account.

This covers the everyday account bits - your profile, teammates, and how to close your account if you ever need to.

Your profile & settings

From settings you can update your name, email, and password, and manage your notification preferences and integrations. Changing your email may require confirming the new address.

Inviting teammates & sharing brands

On plans that include team features, you can invite colleagues into a shared workspace and share specific brands with them, so everyone monitors the same pages without duplicating work.

1. Open your team or workspace settings and choose Invite.
2. Enter your teammate’s email - they’ll get an invitation link to join.
3. Share the brands you want them to see; they’ll have access once they accept.

Invitations are tied to the email you send them to - a teammate accepts with that same address. If someone didn’t get an invite, check the address and re-send.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account is permanent - it removes your account and the data associated with it, and it can’t be undone. If you have an active paid subscription, deleting your account also ends that subscription. If you only want to stop paying but keep your account and history, cancel instead of deleting - see Managing your subscription.
